1)Well kindness means to show respect to other people and it also might mean helping people.
2)It is VERY IMPORTANT to be kind because it shows what kind of a person YOU are and to see if you are helpful.
3.People can show kindness like directing tourist to the place they want to go or help people in things.
4.Let see...what did i do whcih was an act of kindess,i remeber when i was on the bus to the shopping centre, there was an old lady carrying some stuff so I got to my feet and told the old lady to take my seat.
5.I felt VERY happy because when you help someone you will feel good and a little happy.
6)At home I can help maid do some chores and at school I can help my friends with their work.
7.I can send E-mails to them telling them about kindness or make a blogpost about it.
Bye,THATS ALL FOLKS!!

Hi Everyone,Last week, Mrs Nam spoke about the loss of things during CCA in the school. She invited the CCA leaders to come up with suggestions to solve the problem. For this week, I would like everyone to think of ways of improving our school. This could be the improvement in physical facilities such as the field, toilets, classroom, canteen, library, art room, computer lab and other facilities or the people who provided services to you such as the office personnel, teachers, book shop lady, school bus drivers and even the cleaners. In short, you can think of any aspects of the school that needs to improve so that the lives of pupils will be better. To help you, I have listed some questions below:1. Which aspect/s of the school do you like very much? Why?2. Which aspect/s of the school do you think you dislike? Why?3. What do you think can be done to improve it/them?4. What other areas of the school should be improved?5. How can pupils help in the improvement of the school? These questions are just a guide to help you start writing. You are free to to give your own opinions and suggestions..I hope to read your suggestions soon.Mr Ng1.There are many aspects I like about the school but i thing i like the IT cafe the most.2.No offence but,I think i dislike the toilets the most, its very smelly and dirty and sometimes there a tissue papers stuck on the walls.(Disgusting)3.I think the toilets should be clean regulary so that there won't be that dirty and smelly .4.I dont think theres other areas that need improving the other areas seem fine, but there a still litters on the floor.5.I thinks students can play their part to keep the school clean by picking up litters on the floor and not to throw things on the floor.Well, thats all i have to sa.Bye!!!

Hi Everyone! The holidays are over and now it is back to school again. Hope you had a restful time. For this week's journal writing, I would like you to reflect on a coming global event : Earth Hour. This year, Singapore is participating in this global effort. To learn more about this event, you can visit these websites:Earth Hour Official Site ~
http://www.earthhour.org/Singapore ~
http://www.earthhour.sg/60/http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkq7Zady4IQhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkA-2Mg181kTo help you with the reflection, I have listed some questions below:1. What is Earth Hour?2. When is it held this year?3. Why do you think people are organising this event?4. What will everyone be doing during Earth Hour?5. What other activities can you organise with your family and friends during Earth Hour?6. What are the other problems the Earth is facing?7. Could you propose some solutions to ONE of the problems which you have highlighted?Wishing you a pleasant reflection.I hope to read your reflection soon.Mr Ng
1.During Earth Hour people will have to turn of all of their lights for 1 hour(60min)
2.It is held on 28th March 2009 Saturday. It start on 8.30 pm and ends at 9.30 pm
3.This is held so that people will understand the message that the climate is changing.
4.I think everybody will be going out and leave their lights off.
5.I think we can go for a picnic or we could go to the esplanade park and celebrate earth hour with the organisers and participants that are taking part in earth hour. And I heard that there wil be DJs from Gold 90.5FM .And they are also organising a candlelight picnic.
6.Earth is facing global warming which means the climate is changing. When the climate is changing there will be flooding, hurricane and tornados.
7.We can recycle things, stop littering and throwing waste into the sea.I also can participate in earth hour.
I hope that P5.5 can participate in the event.
Best Regards,
Brendan Ng
